Snaffle-it Horse Supplies offer you a superior quality product at an affordable price.
All our products are as described and are of high quality and workmanship.
If you have made the wrong size decision you may exchange it.
You must however return the product as it was sent to you, clean, and with a copy of your Invoice.
We will not however accept goods that are soiled; they must also be free from hair & dirt.
For this reason, it is advisable to use a clean cotton rug on your horse when trying your rug on for the first time, this will ensure it stays clean & you can return it if it’s the wrong size.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and we do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit, it is advisable to return goods via Registered Post.
Refunds & Returns are not accepted after 7 working days, if an item has a manufacturing defect a replacement will be forwarded to you no questions asked, please just notify us by email of your return.

How long should my order take to be delivered?
To be safe, allow 5 working days for delivery within Australia. However most orders arrive in much less time, 2 to 3 working days is average.
Should you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us in writing via email with your request, we will confirm your changes by return.
Should you not be happy with your order for any reason, please call us or email your concerns so they can be addresses immediately. We pride ourselves on not only superior quality merchandise, but service that’s second to none.
Postage (Australia)
All orders are sent via Registered mail with Australia Post. This has proven to be the quickest & cheapest method of shipping goods around the country.
We are not in the business of making money on postage, however there is a very small packing and handling fee in addition to the charges below. This is a fairer way of charging so the smaller lighter items are not hit with a huge postage charge. The maximum handling charge is $2.00 on the heavier winter rugs and $1.00 to $1.50 on the Summer rugs, with NO handling fee on Saddle Blankets, Bandages and Boots
Freight is included in the purchase price of; Fly Masks, Carry-All, Bandages & Hay Bags
Postage rates are as below in addition to the small handling charge per item, this will all be calculated for you at the checkout.
